Our scholars are exceptional students. Proposed in a first instance by their own universities and subsequently hand-picked by the Foundation, following a 30-minute interview, Arbour Foundation scholars distinguish themselves both through their academic excellence, their outstanding leadership skills as well as their incredible perseverance.
Our scholars are deserving individuals: they have, at one time or another in their lives, overcome significant personal or professional challenges. We believe that these ambitious young people do or will contribute to Québec’s economy by bringing innovative solutions to current and emerging issues.
