● Accounting and other financial needs, such as preparing and issuing tax receipts;
● Compiling statistics for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and evaluating the effectiveness of scholarship programs;

Personal information will be retained for only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the above-mentioned purposes.

Une déclaration trompeuse d’un candidat au concours des Bourses Arbour entraînera sa disqualification et la cessation de la bourse. La Fondation se réserve le droit de récupérer les sommes versées.

Upon request, the Foundation will correct any inaccuracies in the personal data collected while it is under its control.

Regardless of the format in which the information is being held, the Foundation will do its best effort to protect it against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

An individual may withdraw his/her consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. If such a withdrawal takes effect during the period of eligibility to the scholarship, such eligibility and the Foundation’s capability to administer such payment may be reduced or nullified (i.e., the scholarship may not be awarded and/or its disbursement cancelled, as a consequence of the withdrawal of consent).

In the event of non-compliance with this Privacy Policy, an individual may bring a complaint to the Foundation. If the complaint is proven founded, the Foundation will take appropriate action as soon as possible.
